Products & Events Fundraiser


We have an exciting opportunity for a Products & Events Fundraiser to join the team in our London (Hammersmith) office. 

This role will focus on developing new mass participation fundraising products and optimising our existing portfolio.

As part of the Products & Events team you will work across the organisation to co-create and deliver our portfolio, which includes our owned events and products and social fundraising.  

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in mass event fundraising and will possess a creative, proactive, and energetic attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire fundraisers.

Your responsibilities

Product Management

  • Work alongside the Products & Events Manager to develop and deliver innovative new products
  • Lead on delivery of existing national products, working closely with Centre Fundraisers and Marketing and Communications colleagues
  • Lead on national elements of Supporter Led fundraising, including website maintenance, fundraising pack and marketing campaigns
  • Work with the Products & Events Manager and Data & Insights team to provide thorough analysis of all products and identify opportunities for growth
  • Assist the team in maintaining detailed budget records and income and expenditure accounts to ensure cost effectiveness
  • Build positive relationships with key partners and suppliers

Stewardship

  • Plan, write and deliver multi-channel stewardship journeys for Product & Event participants
  • Act as first point of contact for all enquiries relating to Products & Events

Working with Centre Fundraising teams

  • Work closely with Centre Fundraising teams to ensure that there is a shared understanding of plans, processes and timescales for key events
  • Provide regular updates on key third-party events through working groups and via email, Teams and face-to-face meetings
  • Ensure key event management documents and templates are available for use across all Fundraising teams
