Our centre in Fife is a space for being together or for a moment alone, for getting going again or for meeting people who just get it.
All our cancer support specialists have expert knowledge about cancer and treatment, and many are NHS-trained.

There is limited parking directly outside Maggie's.
Approaching from Dunnikier Road, take the turning into Victoria Hospital on the left just before the Co-op lights. Follow the wee roadway round towards the tower block and you will find our car park.

There are no direct buses from St Andrews. Take the bus from St Andrews to Glenrothes bus station, then change for a bus to Victoria Hospital.
Accessibility
The centre is fully accessible via either door – just come along the path.
Our beautiful centre was built in 2006 in the grounds of Kirkcaldy Hospital. The building makes particular use of natural light. Quirky triangular windows draw the attention of visitors and lift their spirits in a space that offers warmth and comfort – perfect for the delivery of our cancer support.
