Car
There is limited parking available in the main hospital car park on the left-hand side, opposite the hospital entrance. It is a short walk from the Maggie's centre.
Four disabled car parking spaces are available just before and just after the entrance to the centre, and opposite the entrance to the Oncology Outpatient Clinic (Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy treatment areas).
You need to follow the one-way system right round the back of the hospital, past the helicopter pad, to reach the centre door by car.
Public Transport
Information about travelling to Raigmore Hospital via public transport is available here. Maggie's is on the hosptial site.
Accessibility
We have a ramp to the front door, which will be open for you. Our front door is directly opposite the Oncology Outpatients Department, where Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy is delivered at Raigmore Hospital.
We have a disabled toilet, and all the rooms are on the ground floor are accessible by wheelchair.
Our beautiful Highlands centre was built in 2005. It's a round, sculptural building with an incredibly striking, green copper roof. The spiral of both the building and garden creates an embrace of warmth and safety whilst offering openness and light – perfect for the delivery of our cancer support.
